They rock. They are small, compact, and they go heavier than I can lift!
Do you like these better than the bowflex dial weights? I've never used the powerblocks, but I love the dial weights and would like to get some for my apartment...
I like them better because of size. The bowflex dial weights are very long, even at the lowest weight. This length gets in the way of some exercises. The Powerblocks are a lot shorter, allowing for a better range of motion on a lot of exercises. Powerblocks also have a lager variety of weight that they come in. Finally the powerblocks are made in America, and are engineered to last!
